I recently visited this Zaxby’s location and was highly impressed. The manager (Liz) and her staff were welcoming from the moment I stepped into the establishment. The cashier patiently and correctly took my order, and I received it in under 2 minutes. Everything was there. The chicken tenders and fries were perfect. Nothing was burnt or old; everything was fresh. The tables and floors were spotless. Even the bathrooms were clean from top to bottom. I’ll definitely be coming back very soon!!!
I recently stopped by Zaxby’s, and I was pleasantly satisfied by both the food and the customer service . The chicken was hot, crispy, and full of flavor especially the signature Zax Sauce, which really sets them apart from other fast-food chicken spots. I tried The Sauce Boss Box, and the portion size was really good. The crinkle-cut fries were seasoned well, and the Texas toast was a nice touch. The service was super quick and friendly, the restaurant was very clean and well-kept. It’s a great option when you’re craving fried chicken but want something a little different than the usual. Definitely worth a visit if you’re in the mood for Southern-style comfort food with a little kick. Most importantly, they have the best employees there, especially the Twins Kenda & Kayla customer service is out of this world, very kind and you can tell they are really passionate about what they do. Hands down the best Zaxby’s in Florida—until someone proves me wrong!

Clean, quick service, friendly staff! Food came out fast and was hit. Tenders were fresh not fatty with just enough seasoning, fries were crispy, coleslaw wasn’t drowning in mayo and perfectly chopped, event the sweet tea was just sweet enough! I splurged tonight on the chicken finger plate but will definitely be back to try the grilled chicken zalad!
